***Retirement Announcement***

After many years of dedicated service, Dr Osborne will be retiring on 31st December. Having trained in Heywood, she has spent the last 30 years as a GP Partner at Hopwood Medical Centre, caring for generations of patients with kindness, professionalism, and compassion.

Dr Osborne’s commitment to her patients and her support of colleagues has been truly exceptional, and she has been a much-loved and respected member of our practice team. She will be greatly missed by patients, colleagues, and all the staff at Hopwood Medical Centre.

We would like to thank Dr Osborne for her outstanding service and wish her a very happy, healthy, and well-earned retirement.

Industrial action by resident doctors takes place from 7am on Wednesday 17 December until 7am on Monday 22 December.

Please attend your scheduled appointment unless you are contacted and told otherwise.

The public can support the NHS by checking in on vulnerable family or neighbours, ensuring they have essential medication, and helping loved ones return home promptly if ready for hospital discharge.
