🚧 IMPORTANT NOTICE – ROADWORKS UPDATE 🚧

We have been advised that road patching and resurfacing works will commence from Monday 2nd March, beginning at Nookings Drive and continuing down Church Street.

Please be aware that multi-way traffic lights will be in operation, and access to the surgery may be slower than usual while the works are ongoing.

If you have an appointment with us, we kindly ask that you allow extra time for your journey to help avoid any delays.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these improvements are carried out.

💬 We’re Restarting Our Patient Participation Group (PPG)!

Hibaldstow Medical Practice is in the process of getting our Patient Participation Group back up and running and we’d love you to be part of it.

The PPG is a virtual group of patients who work with us to:

✔ Share feedback and experiences
✔ Help improve practice services
✔ Strengthen communication between patients and the practice
✔ Support future developments

We’re looking for patients from all backgrounds and age groups who would like to have a say in how their practice operates.

There’s no commitment to anything formal right now, we’re simply gathering interest as we relaunch the group.

Children under 6 are now routinely offered the MMRV vaccine as part of the NHS childhood vaccination programme.

MMRV replaces the existing MMR vaccine and adds protection against chickenpox, alongside measles, mumps and rubella.

You don’t need to do anything — your GP will contact you when your child is due.

🚗 Ad-Hoc Delivery Driver (Medication Deliveries)
📍 Location: Hibaldstow village and surrounding areas
📄 Contract Type: Ad-Hoc (Holiday & Sickness Cover)

We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Delivery Driver to provide ad-hoc cover for the delivery of prescription medications to patients in Hibaldstow and surrounding villages.

This role has no guaranteed hours and is intended to provide occasional cover during staff holidays and sickness absence.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:
• Safe and timely delivery of prescription medications to patients homes
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
• Acting professionally as a representative of NHS primary care services

✅ Essential Requirements:
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle
• Business use vehicle insurance
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Good local area knowledge desirable

ℹ️ Additional Information:
• This is a casual, ad-hoc role only
• Suitable for individuals seeking occasional work rather than regular hours
