PROCESSING OF REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

We have reduced the processing and dispensing of repeat prescriptions down from 7 to 5 days (excluding weekends)

In order to help us achieve this process efficiently, please DO NOT ask for your prescription any earlier than the requested 5 days from ordering.

Unfortunately this is an on going battle. We try everyday ordering medication that is in short supply or looking for alternatives which is very time consuming.

The surgery's pharmacy team have complained of being shouted at by some frustrated patients.

The Flu vaccination invites will be coming out via text in the next week to those eligible. If you or your family member does not have a mobile phone then please feel free to call the surgery next week to arrange an appointment.
There will be a link enabling you to book your appointment without the need to call the surgery.
