Because apparently…
the second you have a bump, everyone becomes an expert.

“You’ll be huge.”
“Enjoy sleep now… you’ll never sleep again.”
“You HAVE to do it this way.”
“Oh I’d never do that…”

👀 Cue internal eye roll

Here’s the truth:
Your pregnancy.
Your baby.
Your choices.

You don’t need a running commentary from the sidelines.
You need support, evidence-based info, and the confidence to trust yourself.

We talk a lot about this in our sessions…

When you are expecting, there is something so special about finding your tribe.

Your people.
Your community.
The ones who are going through it all at the same time as you.

The ones who understand the questions, the excitement, the nerves, the changes, and the huge journey into parenthood.

Antenatal classes are not just about information. They are about building confidence too.

Confidence in your birth choices.
Confidence to ask questions.
Confidence to understand your options.
Confidence to know that if you need a little extra support, you are not doing this alone.

And it is not all serious either. There is so much fun to be had as a couple while you learn together, trying baby carriers, practising swaddling, having a laugh, and getting ready to meet your little one.

It is such a comfort to know that after the class ends, you still have someone at the end of the phone if you need support.

That is what a Little Leaf Antenatal class is all about.
