As month begins we wanted to share Helen's story - she's been living in our supported living scheme in Manchester for a few years now, and the team there have supported her with her mental health, day to day activities and to develop life skills.

Our support workers help people like Helen live independent and fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support.💜
