I thought I'd share with you all my favourite form of meditation, you only need as little as 5 minutes, but do what you feeeeel you need in the moment.
●I reccomend either a coloured candle to represent your need, or your favorite elemental scented candle frangrence (I am an earth sign & I love Pine/White sage/Bergmont/Amber/Cedar/Ylang-ylang/Jojoba etc, there are so many gorgeous ones this time of year!
●Sit somewhere quiet (if it's not quet, use an earphones meditation sound I like crystal sound bowl or brown noise)
●A dark comfortable place (I go in my utility 'space' & make a nest in a corner with cushions & a weighted blanket)
