So I had my competition winner in for his free Deep
Tissue massage today. Nice to meet you Ben Brindley and I hope you enjoyed your massage and that it was of some benefit to you!!! It was also nice to hear about your fundraising efforts. Running the distances you do with a wheelbarrow….. all I can say is’wow’ and well done to you. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 thanks again to everyone who shared and liked my message. Deep tissue massage is not just for people who play sport - anyone of any age can benefit...

- Any job or activity that involves regularly standing for long periods of time.
