Hot stone reflexology combines the application of hot stones and reflexology techniques to create a deeply relaxing experience and enhance the benefits of the treatment. The hot stones are incorporated into the treatment using large stones to warm and massage the legs and feet/hands, and small stones to work reflex points and more specific areas which appear to be tender or congested.
