Barbs weight-loss journey has been an amazing one!! Now at a loss of 17 kilos!! Since January
From 96cm to 86cm waist
From 114cm to 98cm on hips
From 107cm to 100cm on Chest
A perfect example of what to do once we are out of that initial weight-loss calorie deficit period.
Maintenance is a lifelong process that requires consistent but manageable effort whilst still enjoying the treats and living life!
The transition from active weight loss to maintenance can be challenging since it requires shifting from a temporary “diet” mindset to permanent lifestyle changes.
Most people find success by gradually increasing calories while maintaining the healthy habits that helped them lose weight initially.
