if you are looking for help with your mental health recovery then please get in touch. Its a totally free service and we have some great projects to help work on.
We are in great need of volunteers to help with the garden and woodwork workshop. we are currently open on Mondays and would greatly appreciate any time you could spare. lunch and travel expenses are all covered.

We deliver fully accredited courses to fund our community project
Courses include:
FIRST AID AT WORK
EMERGENCY FIRST AID
PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID
MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID
FIRE WARDEN.

These can delivered at your place of work or at our classroom at Wycombe Airpark.
We also have open courses that individuals can book online at https://www.heartandsoulhub.com/bookings

On Wednesday 8th October at 7pm we are holding a community meeting regarding our exciting new project.
We are renovating this incredible building for our mental health recovery hub and also open it as a music and art venue.
It’s so important to get our community involved and be able to share ideas on how we can make this project successful.

Our new building is a bit of a fixer-upper, but it has HUGE potential — not only as a space for mental health recovery, but also as a vibrant community arts and music centre. 🎶🎨
