TMJD... my absolute favourite area to treat, an area I specialise in and something I am deeply passionate about.
I’ve been seeing more and more clients with TMJD — jaw pain, clicking, grinding, headaches, neck tension… and it’s rarely just the jaw causing the issue.
In my 90-minute TMJ specific sessions, I take a full-body approach. Why? Because if we only treat the painful spot, we’re missing the patterns that caused it.
I use a mix of massage, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy, and postural awareness to help your body reset — not just relieve symptoms, but support real, lasting change.
