If you’re starting your mobility journey, there are only two things you need to Make Mobility Simple Again…..
Time and the ground.
Time:
It takes time, consistently repeating the same work/life/sporting habits, to start locking up your body’s mobility.
It WILL take time and consistency to fix it!
The Ground:
Soft shoes, chairs and beds, are designed to mould around your body and support you in some way or another.
These are lovely and comfy, but your body is designed to support itself.
Spend time walking barefoot, kneeling, squatting and sitting on the floor.
Let your body get used to conforming to a hard surface and supporting itself for a change.
Don’t put yourself off by overcomplicating things. You don’t need to try and follow some turbo ninja, animalistic movement routine.
Keep it simple, start now and stick with it.
