Hi lovelies 💛

I know some of you may not have tried a treatment with me yet or it’s been a little while since you last booked in, life gets busy, I completely understand.

I’ll be offering Mini Taster Sessions at the upcoming fayre, perfect if you’ve been curious but weren’t quite sure what to expect or just feel like you need a little pause.

These are short sessions designed to help you switch off, release tension and feel a gentle reset, even in just a few minutes.

You’ll be able to try:

👣 Mini Reflexology

No pressure, just a chance to experience how it feels and take a moment for yourself.

Morning,

Beltane and a Full Moon on the same day, that’s not subtle energy, that’s feel it in your bones kind of energy.

There’s fire and bloom, there’s release and unraveling, all happening at once.

I can feel that pull today, part of me wanting to step forward, create, ignite something new and another part quietly asking me to slow down, shed, let things fall away.

So I’m not rushing it.

I’m sitting in it.
Letting whatever wants to rise, rise.
Letting whatever wants to go, go.

Will light a candle later, set a quiet intention…and stand outside under the moon and just breathe it all in.

If you’re feeling a bit heightened, emotional or just off today, there’s a reason.

This kind of energy doesn’t come to keep things the same.

It comes to shift you!

Beltane, 1st May 🌸

Beltane marks a sacred turning point in the wheel of the year, a celebration of life in full bloom.

Nature is alive, vibrant and abundant. Blossoms open, days grow longer and the warmth of the sun invites us to step forward, to expand and to embrace all that is awakening within us.

This ancient festival honours:
🔥 Fire for transformation, passion, and energy
🌿 Fertility in all forms of creation, not just physical
🌸 Growth of ideas, dreams and intentions
💛 Connection to ourselves, each other and the earth

Beltane reminds us that we are part of this natural rhythm. Just as the earth blossoms, so do we, in our own time, in our own way.

Take a moment to pause and notice:
What feels alive within you?
What are you ready to nurture and grow?

Whether it’s lighting a candle, spending time in nature or simply breathing in the warmth of the season. Honour this moment of expansion.
