HP14 4LG The Practice provides a full range general medical services including: maternity, family planning, cytology, Child health surveillance, immunisation, and health checks. More urgent cases will be seen the same day, otherwise you will be offered the first available appointment. IF YOU CANNOT KEEP AN APPOINTMENT AND NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE INFORM US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Our lines are open from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, but are very busy, especially in the morning. To find out test results, please ring between 3.30 pm and 5.00 pm. Reception Staff will be pleased to help you by offering help and advice with any of your
questions. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient records is maintained at the highest standard by our staff. Locations:

💉 COVID-19 Autumn Booster & Flu Jabs – Book Now 🍂

If you are a Hughenden Valley Surgery patient and eligible for the COVID-19 booster this autumn, you can now have your COVID and flu vaccinations together at the surgery. This will help protect you through the winter months.

📩 Eligible patients will receive a text or email invite by 9 September.
📲 As stated in the invite, please book your appointment via the NHS App.
⏳ Limited joint clinics are available, and the COVID booster will not be available at Hughenden Valley Surgeries after 11 October 2025.
🏡 Housebound patients will be contacted separately by our Primary Care Network team in the coming weeks.

Here’s a reminder of our opening times for both Hughenden Valley Surgery and Chequers Drive Surgery to help you plan your visits:

💙 Hughenden Valley Surgery

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Note:

The Pharmacy is closed 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM daily.
The Surgery remains open during this time, but telephones are off between 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
