With Wimbledon starting this week, it’s got me thinking… our journeys are a bit like a tennis match, aren’t they? Some days you’re smashing it, other days it feels like you’ve dropped the ball—but you’re still in the game, and that’s what matters!

You’ve got the racket, the court’s yours, and the next move is up to you. Every meal, every snack, every little decision this week is a chance to hit the ball right back with focus and determination.

❤️❤️ We had a fabulous day celebrating one of the fabulous members Kate who I have been looking after who was 2nd in the whole company for the greatest loser 2025, with an INCREDIBLE 18 and a half stone weight loss!
What an incredible day head office put on to celebrate our top 3 winners! We have been well and truly spoilt!!! ❤️❤️
