Stokenchurch GP Patient's Association is to allow patients to engage with the surgery in Stokenchurch. We are the Patients Partipipation Group (PPG) of Stokenchurch Medical Centre. We meet at the surgery once every two months, and have our Annual General Meeting in Decemeber every year.
