Information and Options Workers provide one-to-one support for those recovering from mental health problems who have been referred to the NHS Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at the Whiteleaf Centre or Saffron House.

We work with children aged four to 18 years old in various settings, including: infant, primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs and sports clubs. We deliver a range of educational sessions including assemblies, workshops and full training days. Our Peer Support in Schools Service is available to both primary and secondary schools in Buckinghamshire. Our team will deliver training to sixth formers or Year 5/6 in mental health awareness and help them become Peer Supporters to the students in younger years.
