Time to Talk Day 2026 is on Thursday 5th February. The day is all about bringing people and communities together to talk about mental health.

It’s not always easy to say how we really feel, but Time to Talk Day is a chance for all of us to be more open about mental health. In the run up to and on the day, we encourage everyone - from individuals, community groups, workplaces, and schools - to have conversations about mental health.

You can also help by donating to Bucks Mind to help fund our vital mental health services, such as talking therapies. To make a donation, please scan the QR code or click: https://checkout.justgiving.com/tl25qxo9a7
