I’m going to be holding monthly women’s circles local to me (High Wycombe/Marlow/Stokenchurch way) that will focus on strengthening bonds between women. These circles will be open to all woman of all ages, mums please bring your daughters so we can teach them how we are supposed to support and help each other, not tear down and destroy like so many seem to think is the way forward.
Let’s heal the sister wounds that we all carry from generation to generation and stop the cycle of mistrust, abuse, and backstabbing. Together women can do amazing things, in the great words of Rebecca Campbell “Rise, sister, rise” ❤️

Lightweb season is coming. I can actually FEEL the energy start to shift now when live rounds are brewing ❤️
This will be my 4th live round and each time it just gets better and better. The growth I experience is phenomenal and my connection to source gets stronger each time.
I was called to do this. I can’t explain it any other way. I’d seen this course a few times and didn’t think anything of it, then in February 2023 I saw Joanna advertising it again and I just knew I had to do it. Something inside me was laser focused on doing it, there was nother option. I was ready for it. So I took the plunge and came out of that first live round a completely changed person, a more authentic version of me, more in tune with myself and those around me. It was like I’d woken up from a long, deep sleep.

This course isn’t for everyone. But if you have a look at what you get, and you feel a bubbling of excitement, wonder, intrigued, or a feeling of being called home; do it. Take that step, you won’t ever regret it ❤️

It’s been a while since I laid out an altar at home. There’s something beautiful calming about setting up a sacred space to spend time grounding, centering and replenishing yourself.
I’m also in love with my Daily Light cards from Joanna Hunter - Spiritual Life & Business Coach. Every time I use them, they give me exactly what I need in that moment ❤️

Mabon Blessings!
It’s been a while, and I’ve been deep in learning and upskilling while I’ve been incredibly quiet on this page. I’m still embedding these new skills and adjusting to the energies, they’re quite the ride! 😂
But as the darker days are now here and we all naturally start to draw within during the winter months, I’m being called to start offering Reiki sessions again now ❤️

This time next week Jess & I will be double checking we have all our kit for this trek!
Neither of us have walked Snowdon before, so why not make our first trip up there at night?! We love a challenge 😂
But the best bit is it’s for an amazing charity, Marie Curie ❤️
