I’ve taken some time away from this page for a while. I’ve had lots going on and I’m a huge advocate of putting yourself first.
I’ve been going through my own transformation over the last few months, and ADHD diagnosis prompted self reflection, healing and a whole lot of forgiveness.
Through masking I’ve realised that I’ve never really shown up as my authentic self, so how could I ask clients to do this if I wasn’t doing it myself? Public perceptions and judgements are difficult to navigate when you’re still re discovering yourself.
But I’m ready to remove the last of my masking and show up for me as me.
If you’re part of my private group, look out for more regular activity as I step back into the work that lights my soul.
