Hi lovely community — I’m Sadé, a yoga teacher and mindfulness guide, and I’m so excited to be offering two weekly sessions starting this September.
Whether you’re new to the mat or returning to your practice, these classes are crafted to meet you where you are — with breath, movement, and intention.
✨ Offering:
• Wednesdays – Ashtanga Flow
- One-off Morning Session (10:00–11:00am) — only on 17/09/2025
- Weekly Evening Sessions (7:00–8:00pm) — starting 24/09/2025
Dynamic, breath-led sequences inspired by the Ashtanga Primary Series. Build strength, focus, and flow with mindful pauses.
• Fridays – Mindful Flow (10–11am)
A nourishing, theme-based class blending yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. Each week we explore a new intention — from grounding to clarity and calm.

🎟️ Monthly Pass (5 classes): £50
📍 Classes held at: The Taylor Lewis Community Centre (Pine Trees)
