I really tend to struggle in the winter months with seasonal affective disorder. It’s easy to stay at home, become idle and develop unhealthy habits and feel low

So this year I’ve developed a weekly schedule to help everyone FEEL well, BENEFIT mentally - whilst also requiring MINIMAL effort (just by showing up, laying or sitting down, and completely tuning out)

No experience required, come with an open mind and heart. Be willing to shift your energy into healthy rest and restore mode.

Autumn is upon us 🍂✨

It’s my favourite season to retreat, reflect and set intentions

For me, this feels like my new year, where you can slow down and rest symbiotically with nature

I’ve missed you all since summer outside bathing in sunshine, and thank you for being so patient. With the reopening of the newly renovated Guildhall in November, step inside this 18th century building each week for some deep rest

From the beginning, I’ve been with - a group of powerful women in London all united in their passion and love for astrology. We come together to meet, no matter what stage in our life or how long its been. We forge new connections, we laugh and we find comfort in eachother knowing that we all get it

It’s the kind of sisterhood where you’ll know you’ll always be safe

Holding space was difficult to me at first in my journey and I really had to hold the nerves back

Stemming from years of pressure, fight or flight mode, a disregulated nervous system, mega struggles with anxiety, it was so difficult to step into it

All of that dissipates the minute I start playing, like a switch, I’m in the music and in the moment

Fast forward a year, my confidence has blossomed and I adore holding space

Some of my favourite sound baths to hold have been for astrology circles, I just know it’s always going to be the best vibe. Knowing that every body needs an experience to just let go, to just be, to deeply relax and it’s my honour to support that 💗
