Stone Osteopathy Stone Osteopathy was founded in October 2014 by osteopath Katherine Stone MOst. We aim to provide the local area with high quality osteopathic health care.

Osteopathy is a form of treatment used to manage and alleviate musculoskeletal conditions. A variety of techniques may be utilised including massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation and stretching. Each treatment session is tailored to the individual patient's needs. Osteopaths use a holistic approach in treating patients by looking at the whole body rather than just the specific point of pain. This allows the body to better compensate and adapt, trying to prevent further injury at a later point. Osteopathy is suitable for all ages and backgrounds, including pregnant women and people with chronic health conditions. It can help with:

- General aches and pains
- Joint pain, including arthritic pain
- Muscular pain
- Neck pain
- Acute or chronic back pain
- Headaches
- 'Sciatica' or other nerve related problems
- Shoulder and elbow pain
- Sports injuries
