A little update as it’s been a while! Many of you already know in January I started a new role alongside running my business. I’m lucky enough to be working within the medical team at Arsenal for the men’s 1st team! My role involves providing the squad with recovery soft tissue therapy post matches; during recovery sessions at the training ground whilst also supporting the medical team during adhoc training days.
It’s super fun and feels amazing to be back in the world of pro sport; especially working within such an elite environment- I really do love my job 🫶🏼
I am still working hard to make sure I’m seeing all of my lovely clients within A M Sports Therapy & Massage as usual - forever grateful for the support & business. Yes I’m a hella busy woman but I wouldn’t have it any other way 💁🏻‍♀️

And yes - I’m still a Chelsea girl 💙 despite the gunners win today!! 🙊

Both highly qualified, trained professionals.. but what type of appointment do you think you need?

Although there are many similarities between the two professions, there is a great difference between the two!
If you are hoping to see a ‘sports therapist’ make sure the therapist has completed a professional body-accredited degree.
If you are hoping to see a ‘sports massage therapist’ they ideally need to have at-least a level 3 diploma, with level 4 or 5 being most affective and desirable.
Both professions must hold medical public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Yesterday my sisters and I completed our first ever 10k run in Henley hosted by 🏃🏻‍♀️
We chose to take part in this challenge to raise money for AMMF charity 💜 AMMF is the UK's only cholangiocarcinoma charity (Bile Duct Cancer).
We chose this charity as a close family friend of ours was diagnosed with this awful illness earlier this year. He is still currently undergoing treatments to battle the big c.
Proud of us all for not only completing it during this mad September heatwave 🥵 but for achieving times we didn’t even think we’d get anywhere near! 💪🏼
