I absolutely love my work as a holistic therapist. It’s much more that just a massage. Delighted to receive this review from another client:

Charlotte is a great massage therapist, I had a back problem due to a car accident over 10 years ago. Since Charlotte has been treating me I feel a million times better. I'm able to stand for a long time without any pain and my balance has improved. She has also given me advice on nutrition which has made a huge difference to my general health, I have lost weight and the fluid retention in my legs is significantly reduced. If any of you are suffering with chronic pain, please consider addressing your diet. I have recently had to go back onto the Autoimmune Protocol diet after a flare up, but I have been living with chronic pain for ages now, in nearly every single part of my body. When you live with chronic pain you sometimes don't realise just how bad it actually is until you don't feel it any more as you get used to living with it and put it down to age, wear & tear, etc. Within 2 days of cutting out loads of foods the pain in my wrists and lower arms had completely gone. I am just over a week in and virtually all the pain in my neck and shoulders has gone, and my shoulder injury is nowhere near as painful and debilitating. My lower back, glutes and hamstrings have eased. I cannot emphasize enough just how effective this has been. I know several people who suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and live on meds, but that is also an autoimmune disease and I urge you to try this protocol! It's life changing. It saved me before and it's saving me again without any medication. Give your body what it really needs and heal yourself naturally. 🙏💖💫
