It also helps to avoid overtraining or overusing the dominant side, helps to isolate and correct muscle imbalances, improves balance and utilizes core muscles.

Low-impact, unilateral lower-body exercises to try:

The best form of recovery is sleep! Getting at least 7 hours is 🔑 to recovery from harder training session, it's a good rule of thumb to aim for at least 7 hours then add an hour for every hour training that day

We make our physical adaptations in our sleep and on our rest days so plan in rest days into your training schedule is key to getting stronger and faster!
