Gut inflammation, also known as gastrointestinal inflammation, can affect various parts of the digestive tract, including the stomach, small intestine, or large intestine (colon). It’s often a response to infections, autoimmune conditions, diet, or chronic stress. Here’s a quick breakdown:

🧠 Common Causes of Gut Inflammation:
Diet:

Processed foods, high sugar, alcohol, and food additives.

Gluten or dairy sensitivity in some people.

Infections:

Bacterial (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli)

Viral or parasitic infections.

Autoimmune Conditions:

Crohn’s disease

Ulcerative colitis

Celiac disease (gluten-triggered)

Imbalance in Gut Bacteria (Dysbiosis):

Low beneficial bacteria, overgrowth of harmful ones.

Chronic Stress:

Increases gut permeability ("leaky gut") and inflammation.

A new plan is always needed to produce deeper and more longer lasting results.

What you do know will determine much of what you see in the future.

If you eat clean (a few cheat meals yes) but train correctly, for functional fitness and strength, longevity of life and a healthy lifestyle; I'm certain your body will thank you in the long run.
