I’m always mindful that new horses and ponies may be wary of my energy, it can be likened to putting your hand in hot or cold water, it’s not the same temperature as you.
Lovely Charlie this morning wasn’t worried at all. He settled into his session like a pro and having done one side a showed us some amazing releases , lots of licking and chewing followed by small yawns that grew and grew. He was very relaxed by the end of our session. Thank you Kayleigh and Charlie 🙏🙏🥰🥰

There’s always some processing to do after a healing session with the horses, so much to think about, both for me and them. This weekend I learned when the horse says no, listen, when the horse shows you where, listen, trust my intuition and be grateful and honoured they allowed me in their space. I had a horse lay down during my training, it’s never happened since, until yesterday. Stoic and brave, one horse, revealed her secret, let us heal her then lay down. Not a dry eye in the stable.

Forrest and his big brother Dan. Forrest was the primary client this afternoon but Dan was soaking up all the extra energy that came his way (very amusing listening to him in the next stable) Forrest gets the award for the most yawns in a session, he wasn’t sure what to do with all the lovely energy that he was absorbing, we did find a few quiet times but he has such a busy brain he popped back out quite quickly. He and Dan are very gorgeous boys thank you Alison Higgins for having me over!

I had the pleasure of doing some wonderful Reiki on Bart the other day. He has a busy brain and had been a little out of sorts, I did expect him to carry on eating his hay, but no, he very quickly settled into his session and was focused for all of it. He had some amazing releases, big stretches, lots of licking, chewing, blinking and at the end he couldn't stop yawning. I not only used Reiki but I incorporated his session with crystals, which he chose from a selection I held in my hands. I popped the one he chose in to a small weighted back and it sat on his back. He certainly felt the energy from them.
I pleased to say that his lovely mummy Susi Addiscott has reported that he felt much better and had a saddle check as well. I know I always say this, but it really is a privilege to share a space with these beautiful animals and I'm always so pleased when they feel better in themselves and their wonderful owners notice the difference.
