This is my all natural, calming, womb-warming tea that can help with endometriosis cramps, PMS bloating, or painful periods.

• Moves stuck energy + blood (TCM wisdom!)

I had my first run in 2 weeks today after feeling unwell, I chose the easiest option of the treadmill (as I find it easier than running outside.) I have been using the amazing advice of of running for 5 minutes, walking for 1, and it’s been working so well for me taking that recovery time in between, it’s made running so much more enjoyable! 🏃‍♀️


Today though I decided to run and walk whatever I felt, I did 5 mins run, 2 mins walk, or 3 mins run, 2 mins walk, I decided to listen to my body, allow it to lead me and be gentler with myself whilst I’m still not feeling 100%. It can sometimes feel frustrating after illness or injury when you have to reduce your speed/distance, or lower your weights/reps but it’s a vital part of healing! I appreciate my body for everything it does for me behind the scenes, so when I’m not feeling my best I let it show me what I can and cannot do in that moment. Your body appreciates you when you work with it instead of against it. ❤️‍🩹 I know I will get back to the time/distance I was doing before, but I don’t mind how long my body needs.

I work with a wide range of injuries and pain every day, and my main aim is to reduce pain and increase the range of motion to be able to improve patients daily activities and sports activities!

From head to toe, remedial therapy can help with a variety of issues, in a way that allows your own healing mechanism to step in and help the recovery process. This kind of treatment has an array of benefits for injuries and pain, but also is an amazing preventative treatment to stop those injuries from recurring.

I love to help my patients out of pain and to improve their lifestyle, and I love being able to give them the tools to help with their own recovery process outside of the treatment.
