I teach Yoga and Pilates classes around the High Wycombe area, and also provide 1-2-1 and small group sessions by arrangement. My Pilates teaching style brings together elements of strength, flexibility, mobility and balance to deliver a practice that enhances my students self-awareness, helping them address and work through any physical injuries or imbalances. My yoga teaching style is similar, b

ut I also like to weave themes into my yoga classes, combining relevant asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy and short meditations in the hope that my students will discover the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice.

Please find below up-to-date information about each of my private classes.

Monday Yoga 7pm:
Tonight (23rd June) is the last class of the current block. There will be no classes for the next two weeks, but I am planning on teaching on Monday 14th July. A separate listing for this class, and hopefully for classes up until the end of July, will be added to the booking system this week.

Wednesday Pilates/Yoga Fusion 9.30am:
I regret they will be no class this week, however classes will be running for the next 2 weeks with my cover teacher, Anna. Please note that Anna’s classes will be starting at the slightly later time of 9.45am, as she teaches elsewhere beforehand.
The final class of the current block will be with me on Wednesday 16th July. I hope to add further dates up until the end of July if there’s enough interest. These will be added as individual dates to my online booking system.

Thursday Pilates 6.30pm:
Classes have now ended for this summer term. The new term will commence at the beginning of September.

Friday Yoga 9.30am:
There will be no classes for the next three weeks. The last class of the current block will be on Friday 18th July. If there is enough interest in me running some additional classes during the rest of the summer break, I’m happy to do this. These will be added as individual dates to my online booking system.

I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support. If I don’t see you again before September, i wish you a lovely summer.

I am excited to announce that I am holding a YOGA FOR WELLBEING session on Saturday 7th June as part of Patch's day-long Wellbeing Event.

I am kicking off the event at 9:00 to 10:15am with a practice that will combine slow flow yoga with hatha yoga, and a tiny bit of Pilates woven in. The session will run in the Reading Room, which is a beautiful light and peaceful space (see the photograph attached). It will be suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please contact me via DM if you would like to check your suitability for this class in light of any current or recent physical or medical issues.

The cost of my session is £15, and all attendees will receive a 10% discount on food and drink ordered from the wellness menu in Django's - the on-site coffee shop.

As exam season starts, I’m happy to be able to offer full-time students age 14+ a discount at my classes. So if you’re a student struggling with exam stress, overwhelmed with your workload, or maybe just needing some time-out from studying, this is your invitation.

No need to book online, just send me a message to let me know you’d like to come, fill out the form I’ll send you, and just show up with £5 and your NUS card or proof of student status. I can lend you a mat if needed too.

[Please note that under 18s are required to attend with an appropriate adult.]

Everyone is welcome, even if you don’t normally come to my weekly class, so feel free to bring friends and family along.

This is my current timetable of classes.
I currently have a couple of spaces left in my yoga and fusion classes, either for block-booking or PAYG. Please contact me for more information, or if you have any questions. You can also find out about my classes, teaching style, qualifications and experience by heading over to my website - I will pop the link in comments.

I currently have some availability for 1-2-1 daytime sessions, for Pilates, Yoga or functional strength (or a blend of these). This can be a really good way of getting back into regular exercise, helping rehab an injury, or just gaining confidence before joining our class for the first time. We need you more than ever. It’s hard out here at the moment, life is lifeing, and we can only ask that if your in town and you need a coffee, some breakfast or brunch, want a handcrafted cocktail or a new house plant, pop in and see us. ✨ YOGA CLASSES - Autumn Term✨

As we transition from summer to autumn, it’s a time to embrace change and reflect on the shifts within ourselves. Energetically, autumn invites a more grounded and introspective approach. The cooling weather and shorter days encourage us to turn inward, finding balance and renewal in our practices. Spiritually, this is a season for letting go of what no longer serves us and cultivating gratitude for the abundance in our lives. Physically, it’s beneficial to adapt our routines to support a stronger immune system and a balanced metabolism, incorporating warming foods and mindful movement. Embrace this season as an opportunity to realign and prepare for the quieter, more contemplative months ahead.

If this resonates with you…… all of my classes start back this coming Monday 9th September, and I currently have spaces in all my yoga classes.

If you’re new to yoga, Monday 7.30pm or Friday morning 9.30am are ideal for you. If you already practise regularly or are returning to a regular practice and prefer something a little more challenging, than my Monday night 6:15 pm class is for you. If you would prefer to try a class with me before committing to anything long-term, please let me know via DM and i can arrange this trial class for you at the reduced price of £5.

In addition, I’m happy to say that I’m continuing to offer full-time students age 18+ a discount on my yoga classes.
