🌿 Boost Your Immune System: A balanced diet rich in various vitamins and minerals can help your immune system stay strong throughout the cold season. While it’s best to obtain these nutrients from food, supplements can also be an option to fill any gaps. Some key nutrients include:

• Vitamin C: Found in citrus fruits, strawberries, bell peppers, and broccoli, this powerful antioxidant helps support the immune system by encouraging the production of white blood cells that fight infections.
• Vitamin D: During the winter, we often get less sunlight, which is a natural source of vitamin D. This vitamin helps regulate the immune system and boosts the body’s defenses against respiratory infections. Fatty fish, fortified dairy products, and egg yolks are good dietary sources.
