I’m enjoying working with ody, she’s super expressive and honest! You can see with the majority of movement her tail is slightly elevated and slight to the right, this could be weakness or discomfort or a mix of the 2! We have a ‘rehab’ plan so I will know in a short amount of time which direction we go in! Learning to hold herself properly isn’t going to be easy but let’s hope it’s successful ❤️

This little horse is just the best! Her extension is beautiful, she’s not fit but still looks incredible!!
Tillie is quite spoilt, she has at least 2 physio sessions a month, heat pad before exercise and red light twice a week! She loves working and learning which is amazing!
I use the rope lunging aid, I love how it’s flexible and doesn’t ‘fix’ them into a frame, it encourages not forces and I find it works really well

We had a poorly Ru over the weekend!!! My mum phoned me to say Ru wasn’t himself and had had diarrhoea! Got dressed and headed straight to the yard to take his temp and it was 39.9, our new vet was with me in 25mins! She scanned his colon due to reduced gut sounds and he was full of poo and very inflamed! It appeared he could have been brewing a colitis, Charlotte did everything she could and within 24hrs he was back to being his cheeky self ❤️ he is still being monitored extremely closely but yesterdays follow up showed it had passed 🙏

Today has been a ginger boys day 🧡 this is Frankie, he’s pretty upright behind and this definitely translates to his hamstrings!! He also has a small cut on his right hind hence the leg lifting, I wanted to see and feel the swelling properly before continuing! This is part 1 so stayed tuned for part 2 🧡

Post comp physio ❤️ keeping Ru supple and releasing any tension from travelling and doing his little jumps!! Although my phone died he had a nice session and was super relaxed for it after 30mins with the heat pad

So rehab begins!! What you see is a horse carrying tension, unbalanced, unfit and in need of strength and suppleness! This will all come together over the next few months and hopefully she will feel on top of the world ❤️

My trailers maiden voyage ❤️ Hardacres Equine Transport Ltd how you do this transport business is beyond me!!! Stressful but worth it to get a good journey under my belt! Ready for Sunday &pequestrian now
