Last week and this coming week I am without a car so get ready for Tillie/Ody/Ru spam!!
Today I used nmes on Tillie, making sure the pads were on her longissimus and gluteals, I thought tils was a bit tight in her sacro so have done a few short treatments this week with good results ❤️

I reshared this video last night and it caused a bit of a stir! This is obviously a cadaver hoof and when said to translate to your living horse I’m pretty sure they aren’t suggesting we can physically manipulate our horses hooves like this, they are provoking the thought process of freedom vs restriction and the internal movement!

Is your horse feeling off? Not moving as free as normal? Our asymmetry manifests in our horses, sloping to the right? 9 times out 10 your horse will be tight on the left from compensation! Physiotherapy is a fantastic way to release tension and bring your horse back into a ‘straighter’ frame!!
