Be Infinite Life Coaching & Hypnotherapy

Be Infinite Life Coaching & Hypnotherapy For years, I loved my career, but over time, a toxic environment left me feeling unappreciated, unconfident, and like a husk of my former self.

I’m Louise Marshall and I want to help you break free from repeated behaviour patterns, self-limiting beliefs, overcome obstacles, and unlock your full potential. 🌟
Guiding you to a balanced, empowered, and fulfilled life, one step at a time. 💫 Hi, I’m Louise, a Life Transition Coach and future-certified Hypnotherapist, passionate about helping people break free from fear and self-limiting beliefs

to create a fulfilling life. As the sole provider for my family, I carried a heavy weight, but their unwavering support kept me grounded. Deep down, I’ve always been a people person—empathetic, compassionate, and the one friends and family turn to for guidance. One day, something inside me shifted. I let go of fear, took a leap of faith, and started pursuing my dream of helping others. Now, I feel aligned with my true path, empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges, rebuild confidence, and thrive. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued, confident, and free to follow their dreams, and I’m here to help you on your journey.

Ever notice how you casually talk about yourself like you’re a whole team of people? 😄

“I’ve got a part of me that wants to go to the gym…”
“…but another part of me absolutely wants snacks and the sofa.”

“A part of me is really excited about this…”
“…and another part is already worrying about how it could go wrong.”

It’s like we’ve all got our own internal cast of characters 🎭
The Motivator. The Comfort Seeker. The Overthinker. The Inner Critic. The Dreamer…

And the funny thing is… we talk about them all the time without even realising we’re doing it.

Because you’re not just one voice.

You’re made up of parts — each one trying (in its own way) to help you.

✨ The part that brings you joy
✨ The part that keeps you safe
✨ The part that pushes you (sometimes a bit too hard)
✨ And yes… even the part that creates pressure or holds you back

Here’s where it gets really interesting…

The parts you want to change?
They’re not the enemy.

They’re usually the ones trying the hardest to protect you… just using outdated strategies.

And this is why forcing change rarely works.

Because if you fight that part… it just pushes back harder.

But when you connect with it — on a subconscious level — everything softens.

When you get curious instead of critical…
When you understand what that part is trying to do for you…
When you update it, reassure it, work with it instead of against it…

That’s when real, lasting change happens.

Not by silencing the part…
But by bringing it on side 🤝

So here’s a little thought for today…

👉 Which part of you has been running the show lately?
👉 The one creating joy… or the one creating pressure?
👉 And what might happen if you got curious about it instead of trying to push it away?

💬 Tell me… which “character” has been the loudest for you recently?

Which part of you is stopping you?

Honestly… the way Monday gets treated is a bit unfair 😏

It shows up, minding its own business…
and everyone’s like
“Ugh. Not you again.” 😂

Meanwhile Monday’s just there like
“I didn’t do anything… I’m literally just a day??”

Maybe it’s not Monday that’s the problem.
Maybe it’s the expectation that we’re supposed to wake up
motivated, productive, glowing, and full of life by 9am 😅

Absolutely not.

You can be half-awake, slightly unimpressed,
running on caffeine and vibes…
and still be doing just fine ☕✨

Let Monday calm down a bit.
It’s not in charge here 😉

Can I ask you something...
How often do we walk around quietly thinking…
“I’d be happier if I looked different…”
“I’d feel better if I could just fix this one thing about me…”

And it can feel so real… like happiness is just on the other side of changing ourselves.

But what if it isn’t?

What if the freedom you’re looking for…
doesn’t come from becoming someone else…
but from finally allowing yourself to be who you already are?

Learning to love yourself isn’t about pretending everything is perfect.
It’s about softening the constant criticism…
questioning the harsh thoughts…
and beginning to see yourself with a little more understanding… a little more kindness.

Because the moment you stop fighting yourself…
something shifts.

You feel lighter.
Calmer.
More at ease in your own skin.
Even when you feel
you are losing yourself,
you can find your way back again

And that… is where inner freedom begins.

Not in fixing yourself…
but in accepting yourself.

Just as you are… right now 🧡

Well it’s been quiet in my world 🤣
A hypnotherapist with no voice is a challenge 🌻
