Sam changed my life! I had a very serious back injury & was referred to her by my osteopath. She really helped me to recover & helps me to keep my back in good order. It is rare to find a teacher/instructor that knows how to manage injuries & cares about their clients like Sam does. I can not recommend her highly enough. It was 20 years ago when I first discovered Pilates & Sam Sidley.
From that first session in the village hall I was hooked. Sam is so engaging & ensures everyone works within their own range & at their own pace. My only problem was that I traveled so much for work I couldn’t attend as many classes as I’d like. Then along came lockdown & Sam created brilliant online classes. Sam is experienced and highly professional, friendly + extremely accommodating when life gets in the way. We are given clear + simple instructions + each exercise has different options, depending on level + ability. Sam constantly tells us how each exercise benefits our bodies.
