At GreenTree, we meet you where you are — even if that’s in between school runs, meetings, or laundry.

You don’t need a perfect schedule or a gym membership to build strength. These functional core exercises are designed to be picked up and put down throughout your day — just like real life.

🎥 VIDEO 4: Strength That Fits Into Your Day — Functional Core in Small Moments
This video introduces gentle strengthening exercises you can do in short bursts — focusing on balance, core control, and single-leg stance stability. They’re ideal for anyone short on time but committed to moving well.

Perfect for:
✔️ Parents on the go
✔️ Busy professionals
✔️ Anyone wanting better balance and control without getting on the floor

👉 You don’t have to do everything at once — just something that reminds your body how strong and steady it can be.

As always, these exercises are general and may not suit every body or condition. If you have a history of balance issues, falls, or injuries, please speak with a healthcare provider first.

At GreenTree, we believe in building strength from the inside out.
Your core isn’t just about abs — it’s about stability, support, and movement that feels easier and more controlled. This video introduces gentle but effective core strengthening using beginner variations of the dead bug exercise.

🎥 VIDEO 3: Strengthening Your Core — Without Hurting Your Back
If your lower back needs more support, this is where to begin.
Dead bug variations are a great way to recruit the deep stabilisers of your core without straining your spine. These controlled movements help you build strength and coordination, laying the foundation for more dynamic activity later on.

👉 Go slow, stay steady, and listen to your body — you’re not aiming for intensity, you’re aiming for control.

These exercises are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone. If you’ve recently injured your back or have concerns about core instability, speak with your healthcare provider before starting.

04/06/2025

At GreenTree, we know movement doesn’t need to be intense to be effective.
Especially if you’re spending long hours sitting, small, regular movements can make a big difference in how your body feels by the end of the day.

🎥 VIDEO 2: Gentle Seated Mobility — For Stiff Backs and Long Workdays
If your lower back, hips, or upper body start to feel stiff during the day, this seated routine is for you. These easy, accessible movements are designed to be done in a chair, with no need to change clothes or roll out a mat.

Ideal for:
✔️ Office workers
✔️ People easing back into movement
✔️ Anyone needing a quick midday reset

👉 These small movements help keep joints mobile, muscles supple, and circulation flowing — perfect for interrupting the “stiffness spiral” that comes with sitting too long.

These exercises are intended for general mobility and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have significant pain or a diagnosed condition, please speak with your healthcare provider before trying new exercises.

🎥 VIDEO 1: Easing Lower Back Tension – Gently, from the Ground Up
Struggling with a stiff or achy lower back? These simple movements — pelvic tilts, lumbar rotations, and a gentle spinal stretch — are a great place to begin.
This short sequence is designed to help your lower back feel looser, more mobile, and more supported. Perfect as a starting point for people returning to movement after a flare-up, or for anyone who sits for long periods. You don’t need to push hard for it to work — slow and steady really does win the race here.

These exercises are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have severe pain, recent injury, or a diagnosed spinal condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.
