Hey there, beautiful souls! ✨

You might have noticed things have been a little quiet on my live streams lately – life's been keeping me on my toes, as always! 😄

The past couple of months brought a big gear change with redundancy, but I'm thrilled to share that it's led to an incredible promotion! 🎉 This exciting new chapter means I'll need to adjust my spiritual and volunteer work schedule.

After a couple of weeks of stepping back to realign, I'll be offering healing treatments closer to home in High Wycombe.

My heart truly lies in sharing spiritual guidance and healing with as many of you as possible.

So, I'm coming back to my roots! I'll be hosting free monthly live sessions on Facebook: one dedicated to spiritual guidance and another offering Reiki healing through guided meditation.

I'll be fitting these in around my new job and when my little one, Issy, is tucked in bed, so you can look forward to more regular connection with me and Spirit.

Mother’s Day... honestly, what a day of ALL the emotions ! 🎢😭 💗Little Issy, my 4-year-old, just fills my heart to bursting with joy and love. 💜 But today also brings those bittersweet tears, thinking about my Mummy in Spirit, now only being able to ponder and think back to memories, and missing making new ones. 💚

Sending massive thanks and blessings to my spiritual guides for helping me stay connected to mums energy, and to Mother Earth. 💫 I’m trying to soak up every moment with my amazing Nanny Mac, who’s 97, knowing her time with us is precious. 💗

As a Medium, I’m so grateful to help people connect with their loved ones in spirit. And just a gentle reminder, whatever your relationship with your mum is or was, today’s about pure, loving connection. Embrace that time and acknowledge yourself. Whether you’re a mum or not, so many of us give unconditional love and care to others, and to you, I’m sending loads of love, light and healing. ✨

✨ 4 days of corporate sales, 3 days of soul work. That’s my rhythm. 💼🧘‍♀️ And honestly? I LOVE it all. Yes, sales pays the mortgage, but it’s more than that. It’s about solving real problems, just like my spiritual work.

This week, at the , I was reminded again: people are fascinated by spirituality, mindfulness, Reiki, and all things soul-deep. Yet, they often ask: “How do you blend sales and spirituality?” 🤔

My answer? Authenticity. Just be YOU. 🌟

I’ve found that when you’re truly yourself, you connect on a deeper level. Some keep their crystals and meditations hidden, but I’m loud and proud! It sparks the most incredible conversations.

Networking isn’t just about business cards. It’s about genuine connection. Be kind, be authentic, and share your passions. People buy into YOU.
