Today we welcome the Winter Solstice, the longest night and the rebirth of the light.
This isn’t about darkness as something to fear… it’s about stillness, rest, and deep listening.

As a psychic medium, I work closely with the energy of the Universe, and the message at this time is always clear:

What a wonderful evening soaking up the energy of Halloween — the time of year when the veil between worlds feels thinnest, and spirit connections are at their strongest. 💫

I absolutely loved being part of tonight’s Halloween party, set up in a very spiritually active hotel room, sharing readings and connecting people with their loved ones in spirit. It’s always such a privilege to witness those moments of love, healing, and validation that remind us our loved ones are never far away. 👻❤️

Halloween isn’t just about the spooky — for me, it’s a celebration of energy, intuition, and the beautiful connection between this world and the next.

Couldn’t be prouder today. 💜

This morning, my 5-year-old Issy and I threw ourselves (quite literally!) into a 2.5k obstacle race and what a day it was! I love a fitness challenge and sharing that energy and excitement with her made it even more special.

The sun was shining, Saturday by Elton John was playing (one of my favourites!), we saw two great big white feathers on the course and right at the finish line we were greeted by the most glorious rainbow, a little celebration from Granny Sue and Nanny Joan watching over us in spirit. 🌈

Issy was full of enthusiasm, chatting to everyone around us and at one point even shouted, “Good job, Mummy!” as I piggyback ran with her, moments I’ll treasure forever.

I’d been wondering what new things she could do now she’s turned five, and this race (for 5+!) couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. Here’s to doing the 5k together next year — my little bestie and me. 💕

Not a post I would usually write but this little Angel is insisting.

I have a little girl with me as I brush my teeth, can only be 2/3 in spirit and she’s said her mummy will pick up this message if I write it here.

She’s wanting to let you know she’s happy and still playing but is trying to pull at your cheeks to get you to smile again. She loves tapping into your playful energy. She’s also showing me a blue and yellow flag. May is coming up as important.
