It works wherever it is most needed within the body, mind and spirit, releasing blocked energies cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance. The Therapist gently places her hands over various parts of the body. There is no pressure making it ideal for the elderly, pregnant and those recovering from surgery. During the treatment you will generally feel a pleasant sensation of warmth or gentle tingling in the area being touched. And a deep sense of relaxation and well-being. You may well fall asleep.!
