This is what we do. Not just for Osteoporosis but for all musculoskeletal disorders. Tendinopathy, Osteoarthritis, Hip and Knee Replacements and simply beating Frailty and falls. We should all be performing resistance training. Not just lifting but being prescribed the correct exercise, the correct intensity and the correct progressions. All specific to the individual and affordable.

Not working today, not training either. Watching this match was hard work though and kept our heart rates up for 96 minutes just like we were training! The agonising wait after the final whistle before hearing that results elsewhere had guaranteed our playoff place! Always believe! 😂
