Sound Healing is growing in popularity and sit comfortably alongside yoga meditation and breath work. All 3 of the these disciplines calms and relaxes the mind, bringing about brain coherence.

Group sound healing takes place monthly in various locations. Please bring your friend, a comfy blanket, yoga mat and warm loose fitting garments.

Individual one to one sessions are also offered. The duration is one two or three hours subject to consultation.

Survivalist, Wild river canoe camping trip under the stars with sound healing was the experience we all had been waiting for. The group set off up river to a remote location and set up camp. A wonderful Dal was prepared on the open fire and shared amongst the group, providing an opportunity for storytelling and chat. The healing sound of gongs played as the sunset and as the starlight filled the sky. Awoken, at sunrise by sounds of gongs and chimes, before heading back to Wall Eden farm our base camp for coffee and bacon baps. The purpose of this trip was to help people find purpose meaning and connection with others by using the most natural surroundings nature could provide. A new environment that gave insight and understanding, through, seeing, sensing, hearing and feeling.

New adventures will be taking place from April 2024 so please get in touch if you would like to find out more.
