A few weekends ago, I had the absolute joy of hosting a Pilates class for the loveliest group of ladies during a dreamy Hen do weekend 👰🏼‍♀️💒 in the breathtaking Cotswolds countryside 🌿✨ Honestly, the energy and laughter made it so special — I couldn’t have asked for a better group!🤩

Last week I hosted my first mini day retreat! It was such a brilliant event 🤩I loved every minute of it 🤍✨☺️

The morning began with a gentle 90 minute yoga slow class 🧘‍♀️ , always inclusive for all abilities 💕 followed by a delish 😋 graze board style buffet 🥗 🥂 🧀 nicely paired with a glass of 0% fizz ✨before the most amazing soothing sound bath with Emma Healing😌 for the ultimate relaxation 💟 a wide selection of herbal teas and coffees available throughout day too ☕️ ˚*✩*˚

Everyone got a luxury wellness goodie bag with homemade wellness products from .aromatics 💜 & 💚& a 🎃 pumpkin mug with an autumnal bouquet 💐…🤎

There next event will be in January, a post Christmas relax and unwind 💫 I will sharing info very soon!

My first official ZEN DO event ✨🥂 🧘‍♀️..what a day!🥳

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting Zoe and her Hen party for an holistic take on the traditional hen do 💟

The day began with herbal tea & coffee, followed by an hour of inclusive gentle yoga 🧘‍♀️ with a stunning graze board lunch 🥗 aromatherapy workshop 🌸mini massages through the day 🧖‍♀️ 😌 & a closing meditation session 💫

And of course, lots of 0% fizz! 🥂

Combining fun with family and friends, wellness & a special memories 🫶
