Beautiful Ostara gathering 🌱

We collectively immersed ourselves in an evening honouring our 𝒮𝑒𝑒𝒹 𝓉𝑜 𝒮𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓉 journey.

With the imminent turning of the wheel East & embracing the element Air we experienced gentle Breathwork & together practiced the Air Mudra.

Badger medicine joined us to reconnect us to the wild world & remind us of creating healthy boundaries & the importance of continuing our grounding practices 👣

During the meditation we discovered our Spring quality to take us through the months ahead & planted these in mind & physically. Dwarf Sunflowers, representing Father Sun & embodying this solar energy as the Sunflower follows the suns journey with their heads 🌻

We closed with an Ostara tea & chatter while snuggled under our blankets with our positive seeds gently planted ☕️🌱🌻

Next gathering - we’re giving back 🙏🌍

March brings hope in quiet ways.

Not loudly.
Not all at once.
But in small, steady signs.

The ground begins to dry beneath your feet.
The air softens.
The light lingers just a little longer in the evenings.
The horses feel it before we do.

They stand in the sun a little longer.
They move with more ease.
Their winter coats beginning to loosen, as if the body itself knows it is safe to let go.

March is not the full arrival of spring.

It is the promise of it.
A reminder that the hardest seasons do not last forever.

That warmth returns.
That movement returns.
That life finds its way forward again.

If the last few months have felt heavy, hold onto this.
The ground is drying.

The light is returning.
And so are you.

The final shedding.

I’ve been noticing it more this week than ever.

Tufts of winter coat caught on fences.
Hair drifting across the yard.
That last heavy layer loosening and falling away.

The horses always know before we do.

Winter is ending.
Something new is coming.

They don’t cling to the old coat.
They don’t question it.
They just… let it drop.

And it got me thinking.

Maybe we’re the same.

Maybe this is the season to notice
what’s quietly fallen away.

Old habits.
Old stories.
Old versions of ourselves we don’t quite fit anymore.

Not everything is meant to come with us into spring.

So here’s a gentle question for you…

✨ What have you outgrown?
✨ And what version of you is ready to emerge?

Beautiful, truly beautiful evening last night with an incredibly beautiful collective energy ✨

We honoured Imbolc, the midway point between the Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox. We sat together, spoke sacred words from the 𝐸𝒶𝓇𝓉𝒽 𝒫𝒶𝓉𝒽𝓌𝒶𝓎 - joined by Octopus with his energy of encouragement towards dreams, goals & desires. We experienced gentle breathwork & bedded down for the journey. An immersive meditation to 𝒲𝒶𝓇𝓂 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒮𝑒𝑒𝒹 𝑜𝒻 𝐿𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 & intention setting to carry us through to the Spring Equinox. The medicine drum, native flute & voice all joined us with primal sounds throughout celebrating the ceremony.

Thank you to all those who joined us last night to honour Yule & the Winter Solstice ❄️🩵

We began with an anointing & setting the intention for the evening with Cinnamon, Cedar, Frankincense & Myrrh. Followed by gentle yogic earth grounding movements in preparation for an underworld journey. Guided by our deep roots we located a chamber of stillness & nourishment... The sounds remained primal throughout, inviting in the voice. Finishing with a homemade Chi tea, chatter & oracles.

A truly beautiful evening… Attached are captured moments in time, a pause - to reflect on the sacredness experienced & the warmth of community.
