Welcome Kayla!

Hi, I’m Kayla Barreto, a qualified Sports Therapist offering sports massage therapy here at Mojo Chiro. I was brought up in South Africa, where sport and the outdoors were a big part of my lifestyle. From a young age, I threw myself into every activity I could,whether it was team or individual sports. This active lifestyle came with its fair share of injuries, which is what first sparked my interest in the world of healthcare and rehabilitation.

I’ve worked across multiple clinics and within the sporting world, treating a wide range of individuals,from athletes to those dealing with everyday aches and pains. With a strong foundation in rehabilitation and hands-on therapy, I focus on helping people move and feel better by targeting muscle tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery.

I’m also currently studying for my Master’s in Chiropractic, which continues to expand my understanding of the body and how to support it through effective, well-rounded care.

I’m passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love—stronger, freer, and pain-free.

How fast does time Fly!? 😮

7 years ago I had the honour of being selected to attend a Chiropractic mission trip in Mumbai, India 🇮🇳

A bunch of amazing Chiropractors coming together all with one mission: Deliver Chiropractic to as many of the locals as Possible!

Thousands of adjustments were delivered and Thousands of lives were changed in the 3 days there! We saw some eye opening Miracles 👀

What an incredible place India is, such friendly and smiley people yet with so little, would absolutely recommend it to anyone 🗺️

It is certainly a place I will be visiting again one day 💚

12 Months ago today I first had the chance to view this space. I knew back then It was love at first sight. A great spot to base Mojo chiro and bring the best Health care to the Highcliffe Community.

12 Months on and I can hardly recognise it. We have an Incredible community of loyal Clients, and I am blessed to have helped many people find their feet again with their Health.

I am so excited for 2025 and what we have in store! 👌🏼
