Our Story

Amanda uses her vast clinical experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation to provide highly focused APPI clinical pilates classes and individual treatment in patient's homes.

Amanda is a clinical specialist in respiratory physiotherapy with over 18 years' experience treating respiratory disease, post-surgical rehabilitation (including orthopaedic surgery), recovery from long term hospital stays and chronic illness rehabilitation.

Amanda has trained and worked in some of the world's most prestigious specialist hospitals including the London Chest Hospital, the Royal Brompton Hospital, London and St. Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.

This experience gives means Amanda can use clinical pilates to help everyone get stronger, fitter and more active through real-life, functional strength and control.
