I have a personal passion for yoga which has a very positive effect on my physical and mental well being.

After witnessing the effects of the pandemic on school age children, I wanted to pass on this positive experience onto others that need it.

This half term we will be learning about emotional resilience. We will learn why we get those emotions and we will learn breathing and mindful techniques to support this. The usual yoga fun and games still applies! Come and try serenity kids yoga.
