Fun fact:

The human skeleton is made up of 206 bones. Meanwhile a dog has an average of 319 to 321 bones depending on the length of their tail.

This means dogs also have more joints than a human body!

Physiotherapy can improve quality of life of both human and dog clients. Call us to find out more and book your appointment. 01793 763814

Highworth Physiotherapy clinic provides services to animal clients too!

Dogs can suffer from injuries or conditions, just like their owners. And just like for their owners, physiotherapy can play an important role in restoring their mobility, function, quality of life and performance.

Veterinary Physiotherapists are qualified in applying their skills to animal clients. Conditions commonly treated in dogs include:

· Post-surgery

· Musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, hip dysplasia

· Neurological conditions

· Routine check-ups/performance and fitness

Our Veterinary Physiotherapists are ACPAT and RAMP registered ensuring a high standard of knowledge and skills, promoting a gold standard of practice giving you the peace of mind that your animals will be well looked after.
