This is a unique opportunity to work in a well-established, small-home,
family environment with four young adults, all of whom have bespoke
support programmes that keep them active and engaged in their community and living life to the full. The support team is part of Midlands Psychology, whose clinicians and therapy staff provide the framework and underpinning for the day-to-day running of the home, as well as hands-on training, advice and on-site support when you need it.

This is an active role. You will need to be flexible and able to work alone and as part of a team.
Authorisation to work in the United Kingdom is required.
A full UK driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
Reporting to the House Manager, we are looking for full and part-time
support workers who are able to cover weekday and weekend shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm, plus sleep-in duties shared on a rota system with other team members.
Experience is preferred although in-house training will be provided for the right candidate.
