Caremark - Hillingdon We are an award-winning domiciliary care provider in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

It is our aim to deliver the highest standards of professional care and support to those in need and who choose to remain living in their own homes. The services that we provide include:
-Personal care
-Companionship
-Respite care
-Shopping & Meal Preparation
-Medication Assistance
-Live-in care
-Social Activities

There's no real limit to the type of home care support that we can offer. Whether it’s just an occasional help with shopping, or 24-hour support with personal care, we can do it all. There are a number of reasons why we believe we are different to other providers, including:
-We have a rigorous recruitment process. All of our care workers have CRB check and 2 references.
-Our care workers are provided with accredited training.
-We believe whole heartedly in a person centred approach. That’s why we try to involve our customers in decision making as much as possible.
-We have stringent quality assurance procedures, including reviews with customers and supervisions of our care and support workers.

Today is Young Carers Action Day.

It’s a day to support and raise awareness for the young carers who provide unpaid care for a family member or friend.

We know that caring can be incredibly rewarding and bring real fulfilment, but it can also be challenging, especially for young people who take on so much while caring for the ones they love. 💙

Today is about making sure young carers are heard, valued, and given access to the support they need.
