Limited spaces remaining for our July iHV Insights webinar: Invisible: Exploring Fathers’ Mental Health on Thursday 17 July 2025, 3:30pm-4:30pm.

The iHV has collaborated with Inner Eye Productions, with funding from The Burdett Trust for Nursing, to produce a powerful new film Invisible. The film follows Luke’s story as he navigates new fatherhood and seeks to understand the complexity of emotions this evokes.

This past Saturday, June 14th, I had the privilege of being at Cherry Lane Children’s Centre as a Dad Matters coordinator. It was fantastic to connect with dads—some stepping into fatherhood for the first time—sharing the work of Dad Matters and helping signpost them to local support. Raising mental health awareness is at the heart of these conversations, and seeing 11 dads engage alongside their children was truly encouraging. Huge thanks to the incredible staff at the centre for their support. Looking forward to more meaningful interactions and connections in the community!

Hillingdon Dad Matters supports dads from pregnancy to postnatal—helping them bond with their babies, care for their mental health, and connect with local services. We run Dad Chats, outreach in maternity settings, and train volunteer Dad Champions to make sure no dad feels left out. Because when dads thrive, families do too.
