Silverline Care was created in 2014 by Tim Bolot and Danny Wulwick.
To this new care home company, Tim brought his experience of operating a range of health and social care organizations, including playing a pivotal role in the restructuring of Southern Cross Plc, which was then the largest care home in the UK.
Meanwhile, Danny has expert knowledge and a proven track record in property acquisition and management.
Over the past four years, Silverline Care has built a reputation as a top-class care provider for the elderly and now operates eight high-quality nursing homes across Scotland and England.
Spring 2018 saw the relocation of the company’s support office to Glasgow. The move to bring finance, HR, compliance and technology departments all under one roof not only lead to the creation of new jobs in Scotland but also highlighted Silverline Care’s commitment to providing continuous support to its homes.
Innovation is a strong focus for Silverline Care’s and the company recently invested in technology within its homes to monitor and maintain the highest standards.
Among other things, this has included creating digital care plans for all our residents and equipping our catering managers with iPads, enabling them to streamline the food ordering process and reduce waste.
