One of the most rewarding parts of being a coach is seeing the hard work pay off.

So far, the total weight loss from my PT clients alone has reached an incredible 319 lbs!

And that figure doesn’t even include the 53 lbs lost by my nutrition course clients. The dedication, consistency and effort from everyone involved has been unreal.

But it’s important to remember — not all goals are about weight loss.

For many people, it’s about:
• Building a stronger mindset
• Feeling better in themselves day to day
• Having more energy and confidence within themselves and at the gym
• Showing up for the person they want to become

This journey isn’t just about the number on the scales. It’s about creating habits, improving how we feel, and doing it for our future self.

Proud of every single person putting in the work. The progress being made goes far beyond the numbers.

Taking daily shots of turmeric, ginger, lemon, and apple provides a potent, concentrated boost to immunity, reduces chronic inflammation, aids digestion, and increases energy levels. These ingredients are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and antimicrobial compounds—such as curcumin in turmeric and gingerols in ginger—that help ward off colds, soothe sore throats, and ease joint pain

2 x oranges
2 x lemons
1 x 1 inch ginger
Pinch black pepper
1 x teaspoon syrup
1 x teaspoon turmeric
600 ml apple juice/ can have orange juice

Put all together and blend
Makes 11 x 60ml shots
