Announcement 📣 Alert 🚨 🚨

Since starting my reflexology journey 4.5 years ago I’ve loved learning new skills and 👀 how I improve my knowledge.

I ❤️ learning about the body 🩻& mind 🙇‍♀️.
Especially how they are so interconnected which is why my new learning adventure for 2023 was 🥁
🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁

Acupuncture and Acupressure.
Learning about the different meridians throughout the face, head and body.

Why acupuncture ?? 💭 🤔

Its principle is wholly based on finding balance and equilibrium through the body. Imbalances occur due to a host of factors including influences from the environment 🌍 around us, as well as the emotional and physical demands we exert on ourselves.
Just like reflexology, rebalance, rejuvenation and restoration are at the heart of each treatment.

But the most exciting bit is yet to come 🙌🙌🙌
