At The Hot Yoga Studio the one thing all our teachers have in common is that 26&2 was our first training.
Itβs the original hot yoga, and although we may have learned from different trainings it stays the same. 26 poses, 2 breathing exercises, each class a rhythm so you can find your way.
You will notice a lot of our other classes touch on these core poses, they are the bases for lots of what we do. π
