Huge congratulations Team NI and to our client Stan on achieving a fantastic PB at the Manchester Marathon today while representing NI Masters against England & Wales!

Stan got in touch to thank us -especially Catherine, his Pilates instructor for the weekly “torture” sessions that helped keep his legs strong all the way to the finish!

He also gratefully acknowledged the grant support received from Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council! &Castlereagh

At All Active, we’re so lucky to have a brilliant team of Physiotherapists and instructors supporting you every day.
Our physiotherapy is delivered by Andrea, Gareth, Ellen and Catherine – with over 100 years of combined experience 💪
✔️ All have a strong background in orthopaedics
✔️ Previously worked in Musgrave Park Hospital
✔️ Passionate about helping you move better and feel better
✨ Gareth & Ellen – experienced sports physios, supporting everyone from club players to elite athletes. Both love treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries including backs, necks, muscles and tendon injuries.
✨ Andrea – experienced musculoskeletal physio with specialist knowledge in women’s health, supporting pre & postnatal clients, menopause and prolapse, and loves helping those getting started on their journey
✨ Catherine – passionate about orthopaedic rehab, especially pre & post-op knee, hip and spinal surgery

We’re excited to introduce our Chair Pilates classes across Lisburn, Hillsborough, and Dromore led by our experienced Physios Catherine, Libby, and Suzanne 💜

🗓 Class Times:
📍 Lisburn – Tuesdays 1:15pm (starts 22nd April) with Catherine
📍 Hillsborough – Thursdays 11:45am (starts 16th April) with Suzanne
📍 Dromore – Mondays 11:30am (starts 13th April) with Libby

Debbie didn’t want a fuss… but there was no way we could let her leave without saying a heartfelt thank you 💜

Over the past 6 years, Debbie has been such an important part of All Active. She joined us post-COVID, when we were just finding our feet again - with only 12 classes and 4 instructors. Fast forward to today, and thanks in no small part to her dedication and support, we’ve grown to over 60 classes, 12 instructors, and 3 locations.

Behind the scenes, Debbie has been the one helping clients get booked into classes, organising memberships, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her hard work, kindness, and reliability have meant so much to both our team and our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything she’s done, and while we’ll miss her in the day-to-day, we know we’ll still see her around the village and in the park walking her dog 🐾

🐣 Easter Opening Hours & Class Updates 🐣

Here’s a quick update for the Easter period at All Active:

📅 Closed:
• Easter Saturday & Easter Monday

📅 Open:
• Limited classes and physio appointments available on Easter Tuesday with Ellen

💆‍♂️ Sports Massage Clinic:
• Open on Good Friday
• All other services will be closed that day

📚 Classes:
• Some classes will pause briefly over the next two weeks
• Others will continue as normal

👉 Please check your schedule on the booking app to confirm if your usual class is running.

👉 If your regular class isn’t available, you’re very welcome to join another class that suits you.

📩 Need help booking or unsure which class to choose? Just get in touch - we’re happy to help.
