Our new small-group Mum & Baby Pilates sessions are all about rebuilding strength, easing postnatal aches, and having a good laugh along the way!

We’ve even had some little ones crawling to the front to join in the exercises… future Pilates instructors in the making?

These physio-led classes help:
• Support postnatal recovery
• Rebuild core + pelvic floor strength

What a fab Wimbledon it’s been this year! 🎾🍓
I was so lucky to get a Centre Court ticket and catch one of Carlos Alcaraz’s early matches – what a player! 👑🔥

I love playing tennis myself (even if my back doesn’t always like it… ), and after experiencing an acute calf tear a while back, I’ve learned the hard way how important a proper warm-up is! 🦵⚠️

Now, I always make time to warm up – even if it’s just a few simple moves during pre-match chats. A little movement goes a long way when it comes to preventing injury and getting your body ready to play. 🙌

Here are a few of my go-to warm-up moves:

💥 Lunges
💥 Spine rotations
💥 Arm circles
💥 Shuttle runs

Give them a go before your next match – your body will thank you!

From Pilates mat to marathon finisher – Jennifer is proof that consistency, community, and a good dose of humour can take you very far (like 26.2 miles far! 🏃‍♀️).

She’s been part of our All Active family for years, and her commitment to Pilates has helped her stay strong, injury-free, and ready to take on massive challenges – like the Belfast Marathon AND the London Marathon 2024, where she ran in support of 💙

Our Story

All Active Pilates & Physio is run by Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor Andrea Lucas. The All Active Team run Pilates classes in Hillsborough & Lisburn and provide Physiotherapy and Reformer classes in Hillsborough from their dedicated studio and clinic. They currently provide Online Pilates with unlimited access to a timetable of both live and prerecorded classes. Classes take place everyday Monday to Friday.
